This strategic shift aims to better address the evolving needs of clients in the realms of AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

Under the leadership of CEO Srini Pallia, Wipro has organized its capabilities into four distinct GBLs: technology services, business process services, engineering, and consulting services. This reorganization is designed to sharpen the company's focus on delivering consulting-led and AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs, thereby facilitating high-impact transformations.

Leadership Changes and Future Directions

Jo Debecker, the former head of Wipro FullStride Cloud, has departed to explore opportunities outside the company. Nagendra Bandaru, now the managing partner and global head of technology services, will spearhead efforts to deliver cloud-enabled and industry-specific technology solutions. The focus areas include digital and industry cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI, enterprise applications, and Designit.

Jasjit Singh Kang, SVP and business head for digital operations & platforms, will concentrate on digital operations and business process transformation, ensuring Wipro remains at the forefront of innovation and service excellence.
