Japan's Economic Growth in Q4 2024

In a final report released by Japan's Cabinet Office on Tuesday, it was revealed that the country's gross domestic product (GDP) experienced a 0.6% expansion on a quarterly basis during the fourth quarter of 2024. This figure, although slightly adjusted from the preliminary estimate of 0.7%, still showcases a resilient growth trajectory for Japan's economy.

Furthermore, the annualized GDP growth was also revised to 0.6%, indicating a steady pace of economic expansion. On a year-on-year basis, Japan's GDP growth was recorded at an impressive 2.9%, underscoring the country's ability to maintain a positive economic momentum amidst global uncertainties.
