HYDERABAD: A Leap Forward in Aerospace and Defence Technology
In a significant move to bolster its research and development capabilities, N Space Tech, a Hyderabad-based startup specializing in aerospace and defence technologies, has announced the appointment of Madhumita Chakravarti as its head of R&D. With over three decades of experience at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Chakravarti's expertise is expected to drive the startup's mission towards innovative solutions in space and defence sectors.

Chakravarti's Illustrious Career and Contributions
Chakravarti's tenure at the Research Centre Imarat (RCI) was marked by groundbreaking work in developing programmable and reconfigurable airborne RF sensors for air and missile defence programmes. Her work on multi-function RF chips has been instrumental in enhancing the capabilities of the Indian Air Force and Indian Army. Her contributions have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the DRDO’s Path Breaking Technology Award and the INAE Woman Engineer of the Year Award.
N Space Tech's Vision for the Future
Under Chakravarti's leadership, N Space Tech aims to reinforce India's position in the global defence and aerospace technology landscape. The startup is focused on developing advanced technologies for national security and space exploration, with a special emphasis on RF sensors, radar systems, and electronic warfare solutions.
