Danfoss Power Solutions Launches New Manufacturing Facility in Pune

Global leader in mobile and industrial hydraulics, Danfoss Power Solutions, has officially commenced the construction of its new greenfield plant in Talegaon, Pune. With an investment surpassing Rs 1,000 crore, this facility marks the company's seventh manufacturing site in India, significantly expanding its production capabilities.

Danfoss breaks ground for new plant in Pune

The new plant is designed to cater not only to the Indian market but also to global demands, enhancing the production capacity for existing product lines such as pumps, motors, cylinders, and valves. Additionally, Danfoss plans to introduce new product lines and establish an application development center aimed at fostering collaborative engineering with local customers.

Construction of the Talegaon campus is expected to be completed by the second half of 2026. Daniel Winter, President of Danfoss Power Solutions, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, "India is poised for tremendous industrial growth, and our investment will increase Danfoss’ capacity to support such growth."
