Microsoft 365 announced on Monday that it has pinpointed a recent modification which inadvertently caused disruptions in Teams-provisioned auto attendants and call queues. The tech giant has confirmed the deployment of a fix aimed at restoring service.

User Reports Highlight Widespread Issues

Earlier reports from users highlighted extensive problems, with Downdetector logging hundreds of complaints, including instances of authentication failures. Additionally, users encountered difficulties accessing essential services such as Outlook, OneDrive, and Exchange.
