Microsoft 365 Faces Global Service Outages
Microsoft 365 users around the world are currently facing significant service disruptions. On Monday, Microsoft confirmed ongoing investigations into issues affecting Teams-provisioned auto attendants and call queues, as well as broader difficulties in accessing Microsoft 365 services.

According to Downdetector, an outage tracker, hundreds of users have reported problems, including authentication failures. Microsoft has acknowledged that some users may be unable to receive calls via Teams auto attendants and is analyzing service telemetry to better understand the situation.
Although Microsoft has not specified the affected regions, reports suggest that the outage extends beyond Teams. Users are also experiencing difficulties connecting to Outlook, OneDrive, and Exchange, or accessing their emails. "We've detected a potential authentication token issue that may be contributing to the impact, and we're further examining this pathway to determine our next troubleshooting steps," Microsoft stated.
