Underemployment, which includes both unemployment and short-term incapacity to work, was reported at 3,731,000 or 7.9%. This figure saw a minor increase of 2,000 from January and a significant rise of 94,000 compared to February 2024, highlighting the ongoing struggles within the labor sector.
