GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. Announces Robust Q4 Growth

In a recent announcement, GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. shared its financial achievements for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024. The company witnessed a 2.1% increase in revenue, reaching $5.3 billion compared to the previous year. Moreover, net income and diluted earnings per share (EPS) saw a significant rise of 78%, amounting to $720 million and $1.57, respectively.

Looking at the full fiscal year 2024, GE HealthCare reported a 0.6% increase in total revenues, totaling $19.7 billion. Net income for the year advanced by 27% to $1.9 billion, while diluted EPS grew by 43%, reaching $4.34. The company is optimistic about the upcoming year, projecting adjusted EPS to be between $4.61 and $4.75 for 2025.

"The fourth quarter showcased strong momentum in orders, backlog, and book-to-bill, reflecting our team's hard work and dedication," stated President and CEO Peter Arduini. Despite the positive outlook, the company's shares experienced a slight dip of 1.05% in premarket trading, settling at $85.00 per share following the earnings report.
