Wall Street Sees Significant Losses as Dow Drops Over 400 Points

On Friday, Wall Street experienced a sharp decline, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average falling more than 400 points. This downturn was fueled by concerns over potential new tariffs from the Trump administration and a disappointing January jobs report, which showed the addition of only 143,000 nonfarm payrolls, falling short of analysts' expectations.

The Nasdaq 100 and S&P 500 also saw significant drops, with the Nasdaq 100 plummeting 1.21% and the S&P 500 decreasing by 0.92% at the same time. Meanwhile, the euro experienced a 0.56% loss against the dollar, trading at 1.03314 by mid-afternoon.
