This strategic decision involves the separation of its automation and aerospace divisions, alongside the previously announced spin-off of its advanced materials branch.

The separation of the automation and aerospace divisions is slated for completion in the latter half of 2026, with the advanced materials business spin-off expected to finalize by the end of 2025 or early 2026.
