In a bold move to enhance shareholder value and streamline operations, Honeywell International Inc. has announced plans to split into three distinct, publicly traded entities. This strategic decision involves the separation of its automation and aerospace divisions, alongside the previously announced spin-off of its advanced materials branch.

Strategic Benefits and Future Prospects

The separation of the automation and aerospace divisions is slated for completion in the latter half of 2026, with the advanced materials business spin-off expected to finalize by the end of 2025 or early 2026.
