Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has once again captured the nation's attention with his latest creation on Puri beach, Odisha. Using four tonnes of sand, Pattnaik crafted a magnificent sculpture to welcome the Union Budget 2025, ahead of its presentation by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. The sculpture features the message "Welcome Union Budget 2025," symbolizing the anticipation and excitement surrounding this year's budget announcement.
