With a diverse portfolio of over 140 properties across more than 90 locations, ITCHL plans to expand to over 200 hotels with more than 18,000 keys in the next five years. This ambitious expansion strategy includes a focus on managed properties and an aggressive target of adding at least one hotel per month on average over the next 24 months.

Internationally, ITC Hotels is making strides with properties like ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo and Fortune Resort and Wellness Spa in Bhaktapur, Nepal, with the Welcomhotel Nepal soon to launch. These strategic moves are designed to capitalize on the anticipated tourism boom in India and the region.
