Insider Trading Settlement Reached

In a significant development, ten entities have agreed to settle an insider trading case with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) by paying a combined settlement amount of Rs 6 crore. This case involved trading based on non-public information provided by guest experts on Zee Business. As part of the settlement, these entities have also agreed to a six-month voluntary market debarment.
