Delhivery Introduces Groundbreaking 2-Hour Delivery Service

In an innovative move to meet the skyrocketing demand for quick deliveries, logistics startup Delhivery has unveiled a two-hour delivery service. This service, initially rolled out in Bengaluru, is set to expand to other major metropolitan areas in the coming months.

For Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands, retailers, and e-commerce platforms, this service is a game-changer, enabling them to offer faster delivery times and significantly enhance the customer experience on their platforms.

Investment in Rapid Stores Across Cities

Ajith Pai, Chief Operating Officer at Delhivery, shared insights with TOI about the company's investment in establishing a network of rapid stores in various cities. This initiative is particularly beneficial for smaller brands with limited resources, as it provides them with the infrastructure needed to fulfill rapid deliveries without the hefty investment typically required.

"Brands can now offer consumers quicker access to a wide range of products at efficient costs by leveraging our network of shared in-city Rapid Stores," Pai explained.
