Lufthansa's Major Hiring Initiative
In a significant move to bolster its workforce, Lufthansa Group has unveiled plans to hire over 10,000 individuals across its operations by 2025. The majority of these new roles will be based in Germany, marking a substantial investment in the local economy.
Diverse Opportunities Across the Board
The airline is set to welcome more than 2,000 flight attendants and over 1,400 ground staff to its Ground Operations division. Additionally, the Group is seeking to onboard approximately 1,300 technical specialists, alongside around 1,200 administrative roles and about 800 pilots.
