Thailand's Real Estate Excellence Recognized
At the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, held at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, three Thai property developers stood out among 130 real estate and design practices across Asia. Supported by V-ZUG Thailand, the event highlighted the region's most outstanding real estate developments and developers.
Celebrating Thai Achievements
Thai companies were honored with four prestigious titles. Sansiri clinched the Best Ultra Luxury Housing/Landed Development (Asia) and Best Luxury Housing/Landed Development (Asia) for their projects BuGaan Pattanakarn and Narasiri Phahol-Watcharapol, respectively. AP (Thailand) was awarded the Best Mid End Housing/Landed Development (Asia) for The City Rama5-Nakhon In, while APAC Land won Best Office Architectural Design (Asia) for APAC Tower.
Asia's Property Landscape
The December 13 final showcased property developers and design practices from across mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Saudi Arabia, India, Sri Lanka, and Cambodia. The Philippines led with 12 awards, followed by Malaysia (11), Indonesia (8), Singapore (8), Australia (7), and mainland China (5).
Innovation and Sustainability in Focus
Jeremy Williams, managing director for Marketplaces at PropertyGuru Group, emphasized the emerging trend of sustainability among this year's award winners. Jules Kay, general manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, highlighted the celebration of both emerging and established property markets, recognizing excellence in the environment, social, and governance (ESG) framework.

Thien Duong, chairperson of the Grand Final, praised the winners for their sustainable, functional masterplans and designs. The awards not only honor the efforts of developers and design practices but also inspire innovation that benefits property seekers, agents, and investors alike, contributing to the ongoing evolution of property development across the region.
