During his tenure as the group CEO of Dish TV, Dua successfully oversaw the company's merger with Videocon D2H. His contributions at Hero MotoCorp were instrumental in rebranding Hero Honda to Hero and driving the company's growth in both volume and revenue.

Commenting on his decision to join SAR E-Mobility, Dua emphasized the immense potential for innovation and growth in the electric mobility sector. He stated, "Electric mobility is still in its early stages, making this an exciting time to collaborate as the industry evolves. With its comprehensive ecosystem approach—Lectrix EV as the OEM and Mooving as the energy service provider—SAR Group is well-positioned to redefine mobility."
