Future Projects

In addition to its hotel business, Property Perfect is developing other real-estate projects, including the luxurious Amatara Whale Resort Rayong, set to commence construction in 2026. The company's subsidiary, V Retail, is also developing a mixed-use project on Ratchadapisek Road, featuring a night-market zone managed by the renowned Jodd Fair team.
