Property Perfect's Strategic Move

Property Perfect has announced the sale of its Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit Hotel as part of its strategic plan to strengthen its financial position and reduce debt. The decision aligns with the company's strategy to optimize its asset portfolio, as explained by Sanith Adhyanasakul, the chief executive director of Property Perfect.

The proceeds from the sale will be utilized to repay loans and debentures, significantly reducing the company's debt burden and interest expenses. This move is expected to improve the overall performance of the Group.

Commitment to Hotel Business

Despite the sale, Property Perfect remains committed to its hotel business. The company still owns four other hotels, strategically located in popular tourist destinations, which are expected to benefit from the ongoing recovery of the tourism industry.

Future Projects

In addition to its hotel business, Property Perfect is developing other real-estate projects, including the luxurious Amatara Whale Resort Rayong, set to commence construction in 2026. The company's subsidiary, V Retail, is also developing a mixed-use project on Ratchadapisek Road, featuring a night-market zone managed by the renowned Jodd Fair team.

This project is expected to attract both local and international tourists, contributing to the revitalization of the Ratchadapisek area.
